About

Mission

At U.S. Soccer Collective, our mission is to empower young soccer players to reach their full potential by providing personalized, strategic guidance on their path to professional success. Through expert advice, mentorship, and a deep network within the soccer community, we strive to help young athletes navigate the complexities of the youth soccer landscape and achieve their dreams with confidence and clarity. We want to do our part in elevating soccer in the United States by guiding and inspiring the next generation of players.

Values

Clarity

The soccer landscape in the United States is incredibly confusing. Major League Soccer, while investing a lot of resources in youth soccer and enabling a lot of positive growth, have added to the confusion. US/SC strives to bring clarity to families trying to navigate the different options that they have and the critical decisions that they need to make along the way.

Accessibility

Soccer is a very inaccessible sport in the United States and we do not want to add to that problem. We try to offer support to everyone that needs it. We know that not everybody can afford our normal price point, so we get creative with how we help families.

Honesty

There is a lot of greed and manipulation in elite youth sports and we don’t like that. Our mission is to give candid, and fair advice so that you can make the best decisions possible.

Experience

U.S. Soccer Collective was started by Marcus Chairez. Marcus has been working in scouting for over fifteen years. He leverages his global network of Sporting Directors, Academy Directors, coaches, scouts and agents to bring expert advice and connections to his clients.
Marcus has been an invaluable resource for our family in navigating the world of youth soccer and MLS Academies.
His extensive network and deep understanding of the clubs  allowed us to find the perfect fit for our son, Nico. With his guidance, we felt supported in every step of the decision-making process. I highly recommend Marcus to any family seeking assistance in finding the right academy for their son.

When our son Caleb came back stateside from playing at Hertha BSC, we were overwhelmed by the complexity of the US soccer academy system. When we met Marcus he shared his knowledge of the process and landscape of the US soccer academies. He has a genuine passion for the game and a heart to see US youth players thrive both nationally and internationally.
